A NEW PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT IN CHINA
Capellini and Universal Technology ended the collaboration agreement by mutual consent.
We spent the last few months trying to find a solution to allow us to work together, but we felt our business plans were no longer compatible.
We would like to thank Universal Technology for their excellent work and support over the past few years and wish them all the very best for the future.
We are fully aware of the fact that Chinese market is becoming more and more strategic to our company and we look forward to increasing our market share both for grinding and milling.
Also, covid-19 pandemic helped us realize the importance of cooperating with local partners which are able to act independently on the market making the physical presence of our staff unnecessary. In this respect, we have a broader view of agency and distributorship.
So, we rose to this tough challenge and successfully entered into partnership with Shanghai Honesty.
